CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - This position will be responsible to the Administrator. We are a licensed Level 4 hospital in Kenya under the brand “Meditrina”, an Indian innovative multispecialty private hospital with 9 facilities across all India and the Maldives. This position is tenable in Kenya, at Olare, Homa Bay in the outskirts of Homa Bay town, about 10 Km from town centre along Homa Bay – Kisumu high way.

Medical Receptionist Responsibilities
• Attend to all enquiries either in person or over the phone.
• Professionally assist other staff, visitors, and patients
• Create a climate of care and support to all clients (internal and external) during calls, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
• Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
• Professionally liaise between medical departments
• Assist with admissions as per agreed protocols.
• Complete and disseminate accurate documentation of patient visits.

Required qualifications
• Customer care certification (essential).
• Appropriate bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
• 2 years of experience in a healthcare facility as customer care or receptionist role (essential).
• Working knowledge of medical terminology
• Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
• Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
